SERVICES
in order of proximity from the neighbourhood
Welcome to your Tiziano Superior unit. This neighbourhood consists of twelve housing units, numbered from 401 to 412 and arranged in two parallel rows (NORTH row and SOUTH row). Each housing unit has a private entrance and courtyard, but parking lots are shared. Consider this as a starting point to reach services, following the routes hereby detailed.
POOL
- [Resort tactile map: letter “P” in a square / background colour: light blue]
- General info: The POOL has variable opening hours. Call RECEPTION for up-to-date information. The lifeguard is available to assist you. Ask at Reception for pool staff contacts. The Resort pool (39 x 82 feet) is available to guests every day and is monitored by highly qualified rescue personnel. A swimming cap is mandatory to access the pool. The pool has two sections: one with a depth of 1,5 feet reserved for younger guests who cannot yet swim, and one with a variable depth up to a maximum of 5 feet in the deepest part. The pool is equipped with a lift for the access needs of guests with physical disabilities.
- Route: To reach the POOL, start from the parking lot and use the hedge on the right as a reference until you reach a drinking fountain. A few steps further and you’ll feel asphalt underfoot instead of gravel. Caution: you are about to cross the main road of the Resort, which is accessible to cars. There are no pedestrian crossings or sidewalks here, so watch out for moving cars. Once across the road, you will encounter the trunk of a tree or perhaps the parked car of the guests of unit 100E or 99E. Turn left and walk along the asphalt of the pedestrian path bordering the dirt of the pitches. Caution: once past the pitches, you need to cross a road open to traffic, walking along the border between asphalt and gravel, until you reach the tiled flooring of the public restroom building. At this point, to your right, you’ll find, in order: male restrooms with showers, baby restrooms, female restrooms with showers, a laundry room. Move a few meters to the left and continue along the building, you will encounter the handrail of a ramp that leads to the rear entrance of the pool. The door has a bell in the center. Ring it for assistance.
BERBA GARDEN BAR
- [Resort tactile map: three horizontal lines / background colour: light green]
- General Info: Berba Garden is open from June to August and is the perfect place for a morning cappuccino, a tasty ice cream snack in the afternoon, and a refreshing spritz in the evening. Hours may vary, so we recommend checking with Reception.
- Route: To reach BERBA GARDEN BAR, start from the parking lot and proceed as if you were heading to the pool until you reach the handrail of the ramp leading to the rear entrance. Continue further and, on your right, you’ll find a long hedge of rosebay. After it ends, you will find an underpass. The distance from the parking lot fountain to the underpass is about 82 yards. Cross the underpass, paying attention to the vehicle barriers that keep cars from driving through. Once on the other side, you will end up on a road accessible to cars that you will quickly leave: turn left and, after a couple of yards, you’ll be on the pedestrian path. Locate now the first glass wall of the BERBA ARENA, and at the end of this, upon reaching a pillar, cross the pedestrian path, paying attention to bicycles riding through: you will find the front courtyard of the BAR. Continue straight ahead, minding the outdoor tables and three steps. The BAR doors remain open during service hours.

Watch out for the bases of the pillars that obstruct the sidewalk and the heavy ashtrays. Alternatively, reach the underpass, but do not cross it: keep the building to your right, and walk about 16 yards until you find the rear door of the ARENA, open during events.

A few steps further, and you’ll feel asphalt underfoot instead of gravel. Caution: you are about to cross the main road of the Resort, which is open to cars. Caution: after passing the pitches, you need to cross a road accessible to cars, treading the boundary between asphalt and gravel, until you reach the tiled pavement of the public restroom building. you’ll find, in order: male restrooms with showers, baby restrooms, female restrooms with showers, a laundry room.
